Our mission at Chris Kenon, Inc. is to provide guidance for those who seek change. We want to help you learn how to achieve and maintain Optimal Wellness by incorporating Physical Fitness, Proper Nutrition, and Weight Management into your everyday life. 

My Purpose as a Fitness Coach
Under God's direction, my goal is to help you accomplish a zest for living. I want to be your motivation when the going gets tough. I will help you stay on track during your journey to becoming physically fit, healthy and happy about the person you are so you can begin to experience the Quality of Life we are all designed to live. 



My Success Story



After having three babies I was at my heaviest weight ever (240 pounds, size 22/24).  I was not happy about the way I looked.  I was miserable and had zero self confidence.  I couldn't walk up the stairs without being out of breath.  I couldn't even sit Indian style because my legs were so big.  I used to think about the days when I was thinner and was discouraged because I never thought I could look or feel good again.   In 2003, my husband and I were geographically separated for ten months.  He left in February and by March I had my mind made up to make a change.  I wanted to prove to myself and everyone else that I could do something amazing.  I challenged myself to start working out, eating healthier and lose some weight.  I made one small goal... to weigh less than my husband.  I wanted to come in just under 200 pounds.  It wasn't a lot but it was a start.  I joined the local gym and paid for three months in advance.  I didn't like to waste money so I knew by paying in advance I would feel obligated to make use of every penny I spent.  I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week.  I started off walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Once that became easy I increased my speed over time and actually was able to run for a full 30 minutes.  Over the course of three months I lost 22 pounds.  I traded my regular Coke in for Diet Coke.  I stopped eating burgers and fries and ordered salads or turkey sandwiches.  Eventually I was running 3-4 miles a day, 5-6 days a week.  I continued to challenge myself just to see what I was capable of.  Nine months later and 75 pounds lighter I slid myself into a size 10/12 and surprised the socks off my husband.  Now years later, my total weight loss and "Maintained Weight Loss" is 90 pounds.  I now weigh 150 pounds and wear a size 8.  I feel great inside and out and I did this all by myself!  No surgeries, no lose weight quick schemes, and most importantly, NO EXCUSES!  I did it from pure sweat, determination and desire for change; a desire to live longer, healthier and happier!  Over the years I've learned a lot about fitness and nutrition.  I have been inspired by others and have come to realize this is what I am meant to do.  I've made my story and shared it with you, now let me help you create your own success story.  You can do this!  What are you waiting for?
